1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
⅓ cup unsalted butter, melted

1 cup powdered sugar
¾ cup sour cream (20% fat)

3 large eggs
1 egg yolk
Pinch of vanilla powder
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Crush the graham crackers in a food processor and mix with the melted butter until combined. Press the mixture evenly onto the bottom of a 9-inch (23 cm) springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes, then remove and let cool.
